This Privacy Policy explains what information RoboTek Tools ("we", "us") collects, why, and how we handle it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to sell and license the Software.

We do not collect your Clash of Clans / Supercell login, password, or game credentials. We do not read, store, or transmit your gameplay, and the Software does not send your game data anywhere. It runs locally on your PC.

1. Information we collect

Data	Why
Email address	To deliver your licence key after purchase and provide support. Collected when you buy through Ko-fi.
A hashed hardware ID	To bind a licence to one computer and prevent key sharing. It is a one-way SHA-256 hash of machine identifiers — we never receive your raw hardware serial numbers.
Licence records	The hashed key, plan length, activation time, and expiry — needed to run the licensing service.
Purchase details	Which product you bought (via Ko-fi). Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment provider — we never see them.

2. How we use it

Solely to: deliver keys, activate and enforce licences, provide support, and prevent abuse (e.g. key sharing, chargebacks). We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

3. Service providers

We rely on a few third parties to run the Service, each handling only what's needed:

Ko-fi — processes payments and sends us your email + purchased item.
Resend — sends your licence-key email.
Cloudflare — hosts the website and the licensing server/database.
Discord — if you join our community and use verification, Discord processes your Discord user ID.

These providers have their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data.

4. Cookies & tracking

The public website is static and sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking.

5. Data retention

We keep licence and purchase records for as long as needed to provide the Service, handle support, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your email from our records (this may prevent us from providing support tied to that purchase).

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
