Terms of Service

Important: RoboTek Tools is an independent, third-party automation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Supercell. "Clash of Clans" is a trademark of Supercell. Automating gameplay may violate the game's own Terms of Service and can result in your game account being suspended or banned. You use the Software entirely at your own risk.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase or use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Licence

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fee, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software for the duration of your purchased plan. Each licence key:

• unlocks the Software on one computer (bound to that machine on first activation);
• may run an unlimited number of the Software's own instances on that same computer;
• begins counting down from the moment it is first activated, not from the date of purchase;
• is for your personal use and may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, published, or transferred.

3. Free trial

We may offer a one-time free trial (currently one day) per computer. The trial is limited to a single activation per machine and is provided "as is" with no obligation to offer further trials.

4. Payment and refunds

Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g. Ko-fi). Because licence keys are delivered digitally and unlock the full Software immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once a key has been activated. The free trial is provided so you can evaluate the Software before purchasing. Chargebacks or payment reversals may result in immediate revocation of the key.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) share, resell, or distribute keys or the Software; (b) reverse-engineer, crack, patch, or circumvent the Software's licensing; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) use the Service in a way that harms us or other users. We may revoke a key that is shared or abused, without refund.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or that use will not result in action against your game account. Game updates may break functionality at any time.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of a game account, in-game items, data, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your licence and access at any time if you breach these Terms. Your licence also ends automatically when its term expires.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country / state], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
